Now you say it. That’s right, repeat after me.
“I can’t do it all, so I need to stop trying to do it all.”
Take a deep breath, and say it again. Say it as many times as you need to say it until you at least kind of believe it.
Now, how about this one:
“It’s okay that I can’t do everything. I need to let some things go.”
Again, you need to really think on that one. Pray about it. Deeply breath and just ponder it.
Do you feel a wave of peace? What if you could feel like this more often? What can you let go of to allow yourself to feel like this more often?

So true. Unfortunately, I’m still feeling overwhelmed because there are many things that I do need to do.
Peace, Luke. Peace. It’s going to be okay…
Thanks for the reminder. I needed this morning.

Very true! Only a few more months to go!
I have been working on just saying “no” this past year. The benefits have been great. Instead of worrying about what I think is expected of me or worrying about what other people think about me, I have been trying to to what is best for my family and myself. Its been way more peaceful and less stressful when I don’t have the weight of the world on my shoulders!
I have admitted I can't do it all…and the house shows it. Busy stay-at-home & homeschooling mom to 6
I think this is a great qoute! Should be considered a philosophy! lol
I love your blog!
This is great! Love your blog!
I tell myself something similar every day in order to stay sane.
Sometimes it works, sometimes I still stress :)
I’m making a jumbo sticker of that and putting it on my fridge. Great quotes, thank you!
