Great Homeschooling Links: The Hot Weather Meals Edition

I’m going to tell you what you already know and say IT’S HOT!  During the dog days of summer, who wants to turn on the oven and have a sweltering kitchen.  Not me.  Below are some yummy, cool, don’t-have-to-turn-the-oven-on recipes to enjoy!
