If you are looking for inspiration, ideas, and supplementary activities to spice up your homeschool, I’ve found an awesome resource that does all that and more!
It’s The Homeschool Channel!
That’s right! Homeschooling has its very own channel and its FREE!
I could spend hours lost in this site!
But, let me be practical for just a moment.
Let’s say you need some encouragement. Your homeschooling day has been a nightmare. Head to The Homeschool Channel and watch the streaming video. Perhaps you will hear Mary Jo Tate speaking on raising your homeschooling family. 30 minutes of exhortation, peace, and the breath of fresh air you need to get back out there and restart your day!
Or maybe you are stumped on ideas for homeschooling next year. You feel unimaginative and uninspired. Head to The Homeschool Channel and looked through the video archives. Perhaps you will hear Susan Evans telling you how to create a Greek Supper. You find yourself inspired and ready to create your own Greek unit study!
As I’m writing this post, I’m listening to Mary Jo Tate do an interview on helping your homeschooler get into college and I’m looking forward to the Answers in Genesis show on Darwin that will be airing later on.
I’ve found so many encouraging, helpful things at The Homeschool Channel and I’m sure you will too!
Amy can be found writing at Raising Arrows.
